new beginings?

It seems as though everyone who used to blog no longer blog.
not on blogspot at least. *shrugs.
would like to start blogging publicly again with the start of the new school term.
feels like there is much to catch up on and much that i had wanted to hold on to but had forgotten because i no longer blog regularly. lol. getting old. no memory of anything these days.
want to catch up on a few events that have happened in my 6 days of summer vacation. lol. sad i know. but it felt longer than 6 so it's all good =).

1. bluffs.
another sunrise, another year, another new beginning.
grateful for all who came out to uphold the tradition that is so dear to me.
however. this yr felt different somehow.
funny how it's the first time i was "legally" allowed to go (no need to sneak out and sneak back into the house anymore.. lol at the joys of growing up.)
was something missing? ... perhaps.
afterall. the "complete" aspect of bluffs isn't so complete w/o u.
but again. it is another yr. yet another. things r different. ppl grow up.
last bluffs? ... possibly. but will be forever grateful for all that it has stood for over the yrs.

2. 2+1 begins.
2 boys + 1 girl.
2 commies + 1 lifesci.
*fingers crossed for an a w e s o m e year. =)
it's wonderful to be back with the best friend. think my mind had been rotting away w/o him =P.
mike has also been absolutely wonderful. love how someone else gets to be sooo responsible while i just chill hard =D.
finally settled in and my room is on its way to become my cozy sanctuary. it's going to be awesome.

3. kingston.
it's been 16 months away from this place.
i've been going to random things just to see people.
woke up to "how do u feel frosh???" and choruses of "oh i feel SO good OH i feel so good, OH!"....
mannnnn our street was dominated by purple eng frosh this morning. oh the joys of being so close to campus. lol.
went to the lake today. just chilled and watched the waters. so sunny today. heart this place so much when it's not gray and gloomy and buried under slush.
i like it here. after 16 months, there's actually less strings here than anywhere else. there r so many things that i hadn't even realized that i had missed. so many ppl to see and catch up w/ =).
maybe it'll be a new begining afterall.
let bygones be bygones. holding on only to the good and the highlights worth rmbing, and forgetting the rest. (lol. lacking brain capacity these days) don't want reminders.
**!!! oh! secret to share =P. i got STAR back =D. hehehehehe. 613.583.STAR =P.
technically i could do LUF STAR. but mannnn i think even i'm getting too old for that -__-". lol.

it's going to be an awesome year.
if i say it often enough it will become true =D.
